Dear Sir/Madam
I am looking to buy Korean Ginseng wine. Can you let me know where you are, if I want to take subway.
Thanks
Hiep
Hello there!
Unfortunately I do not sell it myself. In my experience it was readily available in most convenience and liquor stores. I hope that helps!
Hey Ryan I was just checking out your blog and thought it was very nice. I also have a wine blog (I don’t sell anything, don’t worry) that I do for fun and would love it if you would check it out. Here is the link to it (http://desertwineguy.blogspot.com/) as well as my Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/DesertWineGuy).
I am headed to Cosco today, anything special you can recommend in the way of a deep red?
Thanks, The Desert Wine Guy
Hi Marc,
Thanks for stopping by. I will definitely check out your blog as well!
As far as some deep red at the best price I recently picked up the Northstar Merlot and Hess Allomi Ranch Cabernet. Those were both in the $20-25 range and quite good. If you’re able to spend more and depending on your Costco, there are usually some great options available: Chimney Rock, Merus, Diamond Creek, and Hall are always reliable. If you’re looking to spend less, try the Tarima Hill Monastrell or Sein Alicante from Spain.
Hope that helps!
Where can i find the 2012 Caymus 4oth anniversary cab????
Hi Gary,
Would you happen to have any quality wine shops near you? Or a Total Wine? Either of those venues should have the 40th Anniversary Cabernet. It is well distributed and a very nice wine for the money.I have seen it in some Trader Joe’s wine sections as well, but the staff has pointed out that it isn’t consistently available at each location. I have thought about writing about it but haven’t gotten another bottle yet. You could also search using Wine Searcher.
I’m looking for one of your wines and I can’t seem to find it. It is called CASA ROSSA. Do you know if I can order it online or what store near me carries it???
Hi Winnie I don’t actually sell any wines myself. I believe Trader Joe’s carries the Casa Rossa wines. You might want to give your local store a call to check on inventory.
Would you know any where that might be carrying Chateau Doyac? Found it Costco once but have never found it again.
John,
I would try searching with Wine-searcher. Costco’s inventory fluctuates quite a bit from location to location and also over time. Hope you’re able to find it.
